Carrot-Cake Smoothie

This smoothie is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy, with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg that will transport you straight to a cozy bakery. Plus, with a variety of nutrient-dense ingredients like carrots, pineapple, and walnuts, this smoothie is a true powerhouse of nutrition.


1 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 frozen banana, chopped
1 scoop LivWell vanilla plant protein
1 cup coconut milk
1 carrot, chopped
1 medjool date, pitted
2 tbsp walnuts
Optional topping: coconut shreds and carrot shreds 


1) Add the frozen pineapple, banana, protein powder, coconut milk, carrot, walnuts and a date to a blender.
2) Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk to thin it out.
3) Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle with coconut shreds and carrot shreds if desired.
