1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries 
1/2-3/4 cup plant-based milk (depending on how thick you like your smoothie) 
1 scoop LivWell vanilla plant protein 
Toppings of your choice (e.g. sliced fruit, nuts, seeds, granola)


Blend until smooth, transfer to a bowl and top with your favorite topping choices!
