The Dreamy Vanilla Smoothie lives up to the name. Delicious and nutritious, what more can you ask?
Dreamy Vanilla Smoothie

A heavenly combination. 


  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 dates, pitted

  • 1 scoop LivWell vanilla plant protein

  • 2 tbsp. tahini

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 handful ice

  • * Pinch of sea salt, optional


Blend in a high-speed blender smooth. Top with almond slices, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.

Made this protein shake tonight and it was so good! I only used 1/2 banana, 1 TBSP tahini, no ice and added in a few sprinkles of cinnamon…wow!! Will be adding this into my rotation for sure! :)
